EATING PLANTS: How to move to a more plant based diet
We all know that we need to be eating more plant based foods, that we need to cut back on our meat consumption, reduce our intake of processed foods and unhealthy carbs in order to support optimal health. But how do we add more plant based foods into our diet while keeping things interesting and tasty? How do we provide our body with the nourishment it needs to support great health using more plant-based meals?

About Debbie Vanderboom
Debbie Vanderboom is a Nutritional Advisor and Natural Juice Therapist based in Witney. She works one to one with clients and runs local workshops to help educate people on the importance of healthy eating and how the right food choices for each individual can support optimal health. She loves to share her simple and delicious recipe ideas with her clients so that they can experience the healing powers of food and begin to live a life filled with energy and vitality.
