About Leah Maclean, Fitness At The Farm
Fitness and health should not be about strict regimens or calorie counting. Leah helps people to achieve sustainable behaviour change when it comes to physical activity and nutrition. On her family farm in South Oxfordshire, Leah runs outdoor group exercise classes & personal training and cookery demonstrations in the Tipi kitchen.
