BREAKING THE WORRY HABIT

What people say...
" I was delighted to discover Mahwe. I knew as soon as I'd attended my first event and that this was something exciting. The deep focus on personal development, our human relationships and how we can be the best we can be, are so crucial to living a contented life in a complicated world. Mahwe encourages us to look inwards and outwards, and I find it helps me with setting the compass for what I know I need and want to do in many aspects of my life. As far as I'm concerned, it's good for the soul, heart, mind, body, wider community and environment! With themes for evening sessions like 'being happy', 'decluttering' and 'discovering our talents' as well as the occasional weekend walk to blow away the cobwebs, Mahwe is now a truly valued part of my Oxfordshire life." Mary, Oxford
"This is such a wonderful supportive community, where you find not only friendship but a range of life skills and knowledge shared. I always come away feeling uplifted!" Danie, Abingdon
