About The Event
Join our Abingdon group for an insightful talk with Danie Woodbridge on how to create and maintain healthy boundaries that contribute to our wellbeing.
BOUNDARIES… where do I start and you end?
Boundaries are nuanced, individual, and sometimes challenging or even painful. They can be weak or strong, driven by others, or our perception of others. How well do you really know yourself and what your boundaries are, what you like, want and need from each person or situation? Does your sense of self come from a healthy or unhealthy place? How do you know what is driving your actions right now?
More about Danie Woodbridge
Danie is a qualified Teacher, trained coach, and experienced Project Manager, Service Manager, and Publisher, she has a broad and varied background, but there is a common theme of working ‘with’ people to improve their lives.
